Russian-Origin Emerald and Diamond Ring in 14K White Gold, GIA-Certified

SKU: RO.RA.7

An emerald cut emerald anchors this ring, its deep, saturated green certified by GIA as Russian in origin; material from the historic Ural Mountains deposits, rarely seen in the market today compared to the Colombian and Zambian emeralds that dominate current supply. A round brilliant diamond sits below the emerald, itself a substantial stone at approximately 1 carat, while six smaller round diamonds trace the filigree work surrounding the centerpiece. The mounting is built in a detailed openwork filigree style, with scrolling gold forming a frame around the emerald rather than a plain bezel or prong setting; delicate metalwork that was a hallmark of 1950s fine jewelry construction. The result reads as ornate and intentional, a ring built to showcase both a rare stone and the hand-finished gold surrounding it.
Excellent vintage condition; no visible wear, damage, or loose stones in photographs. Stamped 14K. Size 7. Weighs 9 grams total.
