Italian 18K Yellow Gold Pyramid Link Bracelet, Circa 1960s-1970s
SKU: B.LG.1
Raised triangular studs tile edge to edge across this bracelet in a dense honeycomb pattern, each one catching light from a slightly different angle so the surface shifts and shimmers as the wrist moves rather than reflecting as one flat plane. A fine floral engraving fills the recessed center of every triangle, visible only up close, which gives the piece a second layer of detail beneath its bold geometric structure.
The pyramids sit tight against each other in tiers, letting the bracelet flex and wrap comfortably around the wrist despite its substantial 41mm width while measuring 7.75 inches long. High-polish 18K rosey yellow gold throughout mixed with granulated gold finishes means the warm color does real work, deepening the contrast between each raised point and the shadowed grooves between them.
This kind of dense, sculptural stud-link work is characteristic of Italian goldsmithing from the 1960s and 70s, when jewelers moved toward bold, architectural gold pieces built for scale and presence and the bracelet weighs 88.2 grams. Stamped "750" with an Italian assay mark on the interior clasp. Excellent condition; no visible wear, dents, or repairs.
