Fifty-five old European cut diamonds trace an ornate scrolled outline, with several larger stones anchoring the design at the crown and center while dozens of smaller diamonds fill the pierced platinum framework between them. Three round pearls sit nestled within the open scrollwork, their soft luster offering a quiet contrast to the diamonds' harder sparkle. The pierced, lace-like platinum construction lets light pass through the negative space rather than reflecting off a solid backing, a hallmark of the finest Belle Époque and Edwardian jewelry.
