A ribbed fan of gold curves over each ear, its fluted lines catching light in bands as they narrow toward a single bezel-set sapphire colored with deep, glossy blue, cut as a smooth oval cabochon rather than faceted, letting the color pool rather than sparkle. Below, the design opens into a heart shape traced entirely in pavé diamonds, the white brilliance a deliberate contrast to the warm gold above and the saturated blue at center.
