GIA Certified No-Heat 10ct Cabochon Ruby and Diamond 18K Yellow Gold Ring
SKU: RO.ER.2
A 10-carat oval cabochon ruby commands the center, its domed surface catching light as a soft glow rather than a sharp sparkle; the natural result of a translucent stone cut without facets. GIA confirms the ruby shows no indication of heating, a genuine rarity at this size, though its geographic origin remains inconclusive. Around it, seventy diamonds cover the bombe-shaped gold in dense pavé, broken on one side by a straight channel of baguette-cut stones that runs the full height of the mount; a deliberate contrast between the round brilliants' scattered sparkle and the baguettes' clean, linear light. The 18K yellow gold dome rises substantially off the finger, built with real presence rather than a thin shell, characteristic of the bold, jewel-forward scale that defined 1970s design.
Excellent condition; no visible wear, damage, or loose stones in photographs. Size 5.5. Measures 16mm wide, sits 12mm above the finger. Weighs 17.4 grams total.
