Vintage 1970s Mabe Pearl and Diamond 14K Rose Gold Ring
SKU: RO.MP.1
A domed mabe pearl anchors the center of this ring, its silvery surface holding a soft, shifting sheen rather than a hard sparkle. Two smaller pearl sections taper to points at each shoulder, giving the mounting a shield-like profile instead of a plain band. Between the pearl segments, channel-set rows of round brilliant diamonds break the surface with cooler, faceted light, six stones in total, creating a rhythm of matte and bright across the top of the ring. The rose gold dividers framing each row are cut clean and square, giving the design a tailored, architectural edge rather than a soft or floral one; a hallmark of 1970s goldwork, when jewelers favored geometry over ornament even in stone-set pieces. The ring shows light surface wear to the gold consistent with age, with the pearl and diamonds intact and securely set. Stamped "14K," it weighs 7 grams and is currently a size 6.5.
