Art Deco Pink Tourmaline and Diamond Dangle Earrings, Platinum and 18K Gold
SKU: EO.EX.1
Two pear-shape pink tourmalines, 4 carats total, anchor these Art Deco drops, their faceted crowns catching light in broad, warm flashes of pink rather than the tighter sparkle of a smaller stone. Each tourmaline sits inside a tight halo of round single-cut diamonds, the period-correct cut for the 1930s, giving a softer, more candlelit sparkle than a modern round brilliant would. A graduated line of bezel-set diamonds runs from the lever-back down to each drop, echoing the halo stones and keeping the eye moving from ear to tip. In total, 42 single-cut diamonds add 1.50 carats of diamond weight across the pair. Set in platinum over 18K white gold, a standard Art Deco construction pairing platinum's strength with gold's warmth at the back of the mount. The pear-drop silhouette and diamond-line design are hallmarks of 1930s dangle earrings, built for movement and evening light. Wear consistent with age and use, with no losses to the stones or settings.
