Fine radiating striations texture each earclip from center to edge, catching light in narrow, directional lines rather than a single reflective plane; the effect reads closer to a sea anemone or chrysanthemum than a conventional fan. A cluster of small gold beads rings the center, framing a single bezel-set round brilliant diamond that anchors the radiating texture with one clean point of brilliance. Sculptural, hand-worked gold surfaces like this were a signature of 1960s goldsmithing, when texture itself rather than gemstone count — carried the design. Crafted in 18K yellow gold, stamped 18KT, the front shows no visible wear; light oxidation is present in the recesses of the clip mechanism on the reverse, consistent with age. Clip backs.
