One turquoise, diamond, sapphire and pearl 18K yellow gold pendant / brooch featuring a large statement brooch attached to a three strand, baroque pearl necklace interspaced with one yellow gold link the center of each pearl strand. The pendant charm / brooch centers one round cabochon turquoise measuring 21 millimeters in diameter enhanced by 32 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing a total of 5 ct. with F-G color and VS-2 clarity. Further accented by 4 pearl shape, blue sapphires weighing a total of 2 ct. The necklace features 16, 19, 20 pearls on each strand respectively.
